Client is an innovative company which uses design thinking as a strategy for innovation providing Cloud Native Engineering, Data Engineering and Experience Design(Mobile and web app developers using Lean UX principles) as their services. Client specializes in Enterprise architecture transformation to micro services, multitenant portal on angular, analytics and reporting dashboard with angular 1.X, increased customer conversions with Big Data insights, and real time matching engine to connect partners and providers. Client approached Salesaladin team to create new demands and setup appointments with decision makers across the globe.

Strategy

Salesaladin team held several calls with client to understand their USP, capabilities, target market, target audience and the team strategised accordingly. We prepared the prospects list with target titles well defined, relevant content for Email and LinkedIn was prepared with the sequence of 4 follow-ups. We started outreaching through Email and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.

With our targeted and outbound approach, we were able to deliver large number of appointments with international prospects within 1.5 month of engagement. Within 1.5 months, 9 appointments had been delivered 2 new deals added to pipeline.
